The hotel had a lovely, cozy decor with comfortable seating areas for us seniors to relax and socialize. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, making it accessible for senior people like us.
It would have been even better if the hotel provided more handrails throughout the property to ensure better safety and stability for senior guests.

I keep coming back to this place because it has everything I need. Free Wi-Fi, parking, AC, flat-screen TV, and more. The staff even gave me travel tips during my first stay. Can't wait to come back for Easter!

The chalets were super comfy and the owners were so chill and helpful. We had a blast exploring the game walks and birdwatching in the beautiful surroundings. Definitely exceeded our expectations and would recommend it to any of our friends!
The only thing we wished for more was some fun activities for party-loving young folks like us. Maybe some cool outdoor games or a party area would have been awesome.

I had a fantastic stay! Phil and Sally were great hosts, promptly resolving a small issue with the kettle. The location was conveniently close to town. The chalet was immaculate and exceeded my expectations. The enclosed courtyard was perfect for kids, although there were some spiders. Waking up to a view of the sheep paddock was wonderful. I wish I had booked for a longer stay.
Nothing, it was perfect.

The decoration of the chalet was absolutely charming, with cozy and comfortable furniture that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the property were well-maintained and accessible for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns.
I would have preferred if the children working there had provided more assistance with carrying my bags, as it would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The chalet exceeded our expectations with its modern decor, spotless cleanliness, and ample space. The light and bright ambiance made it a truly pleasant environment for our children. The outdoor grassed area with a fence provided a safe and secure space for our little ones to play. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like the information booklet about the town and the provided coffee bags. The location just a few kilometers from Augusta was perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of other towns. We highly recommend this chalet for families looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.
For families with children, my wife says that it would have been great to have some board games or children's books available in the chalet.

The chalet we stayed in was clean and well-appointed. It had all the practical amenities we needed, including a well-functioning air conditioner and a nice outdoor grassed area. The location of the chalet was also a plus, as it provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of other nearby towns.
One negative aspect was the lack of a small/grill oven, which would have been handy for cooking during our Christmas stay. Additionally, the owner's handwritten instructions for the microwave and stove were not provided, which made it difficult to use these appliances effectively.

My husband and I recently stayed at Sapphire Chalets for a week-long getaway. The chalet exceeded our expectations in every way. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had a peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect - secluded yet only a short drive from town. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we loved having a Weber barbecue. The hosts were responsive and helpful. it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return.
Recommend this hotel.
